I am Harry Agina, and I welcome you to another edition of AfroCultural Titbits on Afro-Scope.com. Naturally, as I say “another edition,” it means that there are several earlier editions of this series here. If they have not popped up yet for you, please search the title and you will have them.
What we do here in this series is give you itsy-bitty cultural information about some traditions, historical facts, and some fun from various tribes across the African continent. Of course, we also go beyond the continent to the Diaspora, wherever Afticans exist in the world.
Anyway, let’s move on with this edition, which features a tribe in northern Nigeria, West Africa. I speak of Basss Tribe in a state named Kogi.
