Venezuela President Maduro was captured last night in his country by President Trump and taken to the USA for immediate trial for his alleged crimes. This is a lesson and a warning for President Tinubu of Nigeria. Tinubu should be careful and arrest suspected and known sponsors of terrorism in Nigeria. Tinubu should be wise to remember that Trump hates him even more than he hates President Maduro of Venezuela. And, Trump does believe that Tinubu’s refusal to arrest Nigerian alleged terrorism sponsors and sympathizers like Sheihk Gumi means that Tinubu is compromised.
Note that my commentary is not necessarily about whether President Trump’s action in Venezuela is right or wrong. But, right or wrong, a majority of Venezuela people rejoice because they don’t like their president. It’s just a warning about what may happen to President Tinubu of Nigeria. Right or wrong, a majority of Venezuela people are rejoicing Trump’s action because they don’t like their president. And yes, a majority of Nigerians are very likely to rejoice if President Maduro’s Fate befalls President Tinubu of Nigeria.Note that my commentary is not necessarily about whether President Trump’s action in Venezuela is right or wrong. And yes, a majority of Nigerians are very likely to rejoice if President Maduro’s Fate befalls President Tinubu of Nigeria because Nigerians see Tinubu to be a corrupt incompetent dictator.
