(1) RULERS (NOT LEADERS) CONTROL AFRICA: There is no question that Africans have no LEADERS. What they have are RULERS, be it in military rule, or in their so-called democracy, which is better called demo-crazy.
(2) DOCILITY AND SUBSERVIENCE: This title speaks volumes. The fact that African people worship their rulers is the BANE of the African continent.

I am Harry Agina, and yes, the two facts above are the main reasons why Africa is so backward today. Africa has more natural and even human resources than most, if not all the continents on planet earth. Yet, Africa is much poorer than most, if not all those continents.
