I am Harry Agina, welcoming you to edition 7 of “Culture-Watch-Africa,” here on Afro-Scope,com. It’s not news that Afro-Scope totally condemns the un-Christ-like doctrines of the new wave Pentecostal Christianity in the world. And we maintain that the African version of that new-wave Pentecostal Christianity is the worst in the world.
There are many reasons for this Afro-Scope position, and they all have to do with two basic factors. One is that the African Pentecostal Christians have declared a war against their own African Culture. And the second factor is the evil commercialization of Christianity by Pentecostal Christian pastors. They capitalize on the vulnerability of ignorant miracle-hunters to make money and live vane lifestyles that makes a mockery of the humility of the Christ who they claim to follow.
