(1) ‘DEMAND’ AS A VERB VERSUS ‘DEMAND’ AS A NOUN
(2) ‘DEMAND’ AS A REQUIREMENT OR A NEED WITH THE PREPOSITION, ‘FOR.’ AND ‘DEMAND’ AS A ‘RIGHT’ WITHOUT THE PREPOSITION, FOR’
Greetings!
I am Harry Agina. Yeah, I know, the above jargon about the use of the word, ‘demand’ can be nonsensically technical, boring, and uninteresting, right? I don’t blame ya if you think so, meeeeeeeeeeen!!!
But, guess what, my vlog addressing this subject is so, so simple. The above jargon is just to explain my point if you happen to be interested in the details, which may not even be necessary anyway.
THEMATIC QUESTION:
Do you say, “I demanded FOR my money from John,” or do you say, “I demanded my money from John,” without the preposition, FOR?
Mind you, even if you know the answer, you may still wanno know why your answer is right or wrong. The detail is contained in my research-based vlog. So, here is the link to the vlog for ya:
