Refer to the picture and its caption below, as I briefly address the “Witch-Hunt” allegation of Nigerian Atiku Abubakar and other members of Nigeria’s opposition political parties against President Tinubu.
This is another No-Bullshitting opinion poll on the goings-on in Nigeria politics as controlled by President Bola Tinubu. I appeal for your contribution to this conversation, and it does not really matter if you’re Nigerian or not. As usual, I have some facts to chew on, which will help you understand the issues, thus:
FACT 1: There is no question on my mind that President Tinubu is guilty of the allegation to use Nigeria’s EFCC and other anti-corruption agencies to reduce the competition against him in the 2027 presidential election. Before you agree or disagree with me, let’s give you my fact number 2 to chew on:
FACT 2: We have MANY APC members today who are far more corrupt than all the non-APC members who the EFCC has been arresting and arraignment recently. The outstanding ones include Nigeria’s Senate president, Godswill Akpabio. Another one is Senator Adams Oshiomhole, who in 2022 or thereabouts declared that APC forgives the sins of any criminal politician who joins APC. His own sins were forgiven, and Akpabio’s sins were forgiven.
Check out one comparison: Senate President Godswill Akpabio was accused of stealing HUNDREDS of billions of naira. He is now walking freely as soon as he joined the APC. Furthermore, he is committing more corrupt atrocities, including ALLEGED numerous sexual harassment and PROVEN high-handedness. Non-APC member, Chris Ngige is alleged to have stolen just a little over TWO BILLION naira, and he has just been slammed into a maximum prison facility. There are so many more cases to cite against “FORGIVEN” APC members, but that’s story for another day.
The story for today is the fact that President Tinubu, the self-confessed, Mr. “Grab it, Snatch it, and Run with it” ELECTION-RIGGER is definitely guilty of doing everything to GRAB the 2027 presidential seat for his so-called RE-ELECTION. Weaponization of the EFCC is one of his corrupt practices for the grabbing, and the other is his obvious desperate effort to make Nigeria a ONE-POLITICAL-PART state to eliminate all oppositions.
Before asking for your oppinion, do remember my basic position. I very much support any operation by Nigeria’s anti-corruption agencies against ALL the crooks who are stealing Nigeria blind. I am not defending or supporting the ones who are prosecuted; I LOVE IT!!! My problem is the EVIL, LAWLESS, SELECTIVE application of the ant-corruption law by President Tinubu.
Now, what do you have to say??? Please, note that I always welcome your disagreement with my views. Just do it as a CONSTRUCTIVE DEBATE with FACTS that counter my views, and not as an ABUSIVE ATTACK, as practiced by one ignorant, unschooled Cletus George, please.
