The effect of Nigeria’s judiciary as the MOST CORRUPT in the world has gotten even WORSE. Supreme Court justices have finally endorsed President Tinubu’s breach of Nigeria’s constitution to suspend Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State from office.
The caption of the Supreme Court judgement on the picture below says that the president now has the right to remove “ELECTED OFFICIALS.” Beyond the evil norm of election rigging the corrupt judiciary has just rendered Nigerians completely irrelevant in governance. The court has said that the president can easily nullify the votes of the people to remove elected officials. Note that state governors will soon do the same at their own level, too. Unbelievable!!!
Here’s another major FACT that proves Nigeria’s judiciary so satanically corrupt. The Supreme Court refused to address the case of Rivers State governor’s lawless suspension until after President Tinubu has concluded his lawless act. Hence, this satanically delayed judgement ia a clear case of “JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.” Furthermore, Tinubu has succeeded to intimidate the Supreme Court to reverse its own earlier judgement. In 2008, the Supreme Court ruled that a president has no power in the constitution to remove or suspend a state governor or any other elected official from office. That was then, when Nigeria judiciary had integrity and the justices were ‘angels’ in comparison to today’s ‘devilish’ justices.
In case you haven’t thought of the full weight of this new Supreme Court reversal-judgement, I will help you. It means that President Bola Tinubu now has the power to remove our elected parliamentarians; that’s the senators and members of House of Representatives.
It’s important to remember that Nigeria copied America’s style or system of democracy. Note that American constitution does not in any form or shape whatsoever allow the president to even as much as think of suspending or removing elected officials…IMPOSSI-CAN’T!!!
People, by this recent development, President Tinubu has now OFFICIALLY been declared a FULL BLOWN DICTATOR by the world’s MOST CORRUPT JUDICIARY. Critics, including I, are crying out that there’s dangerous ambiguity in this recent Supreme Court judgement. This means that a lawless President like Bola Tinubu can easily define it to suit his dictatorship, remove our parliamenterians, and then, as usual, intimidate the corrupt court judges to endorse his lawlessness. meeeeeeeen!!!

This fact is contained in the Christian Holy Bible and Islam Quran. You may think that your opinion does not matter, but that’s not correct. There’s something called public opinion polls, which offen make a difference. Social media have/has a major role to play in it these days. For instance, some of the facts being used by America and the rest of the world to address the Nigeria insecurity and “genocide” debate today are gathered from social media comments.
