It is a fact that regular DANCE-EXCERCISE Routines do you a world of good in two ways:
(1) Great for your body physical fitness.
(2) Great for your general health…
And, not to forget the fun!
Greetings!
I am Harry Agina. Trust me about this. I know what I am talking about because I am a beneficiary. Anyway, the above is just a prelude to the fun video I have for you below. It’s a product of a little story of my phone chat last Saturday (September 12, 2026) with one of my five children, the last of my girls actually. She’s a Doctorate degree student of Dentistry at the University of Kentucky (UK), Lexington, Kentucky, USA. Two topics came up in the chat, namely, health and dancing. It all started when she inquired about my health, and I responded that I feel just great. Naturally, we both thanked God for my great health as I advance in age.
Oh, by the way, her name is Jessica, and I call her Jess or Jessy for short. As our chat went on, I came up with daddy’s health care habit advise to daughter. I said, “Guess what, Jess,” I said.
“What, daddy?”
“Besides God’s blessing, my secretes for my health and fitness include lots of fruits, excercise, and dancing. I want your siblings and you to adopt my habits. The dancing helps to keep me as fit as, or even more fit than many guys of much younger age.
Jess asked, “Really, daddy, dancing”?
“Yap, dancing,” I said. Then I teased her: “You know, baby, I can still dance much better than you. Besides dancing at night clubs, I also do a lot of it at home. In fact, my regular fitness exercise incorporates dancing.”
Naturally, Jess could not let my dancing competition tease go unchallenged. So, she said she’s a greater dancer. What would you expect from me next, if not to challenge her to a date of dancing competition in a night club, which will happen soon. Before that, I promised to send her a little video taste of my capability. And, being such a great guy that I am, I decided to also share my dancing tip right here on Facebook with you… hahahahahaaaa!!!
Wait just a minute, why are you frowning because I claimed to be a great guy, huh? Alright, I’ll reduce my claim to being just an “okay, not too bad” guy. 🤣😁
Anyway, yes indeed, dancing is actually one great way to exercise yourself for physical fitness and good health while having fun, too. It’s more effective when you shut all doors and windows in a room and dance your heart out for an hour or much more until you sweat profusely. My great buddy, the World Cruiserweight Boxing Champion, Bash Ali gave me the tip of the benefit of shutting doors and windows to generate profuse sweating.
My most favorite is reggae music. As people visit gymnasium for their kind of exercises, I am in my room, windows and doors shut, having fun dancing my heart out and sweating like rainfall. Now, without further ado, here is a small dancing example that is not really as rigorous as when I call it an exercise:
