Greetings, folks!

This is “No Bullshitting,” by Harry Agina. And, nope, I truly ain’t bullshitting you about the wonderful electoral revolution that is taking shape in Nigeria. Nigerian youths have truly woken up from their traditional political apathy-cum-ignorance. They have firmly decided to grab their country from the grip of incompetent crooks who have destroyed her, meeeeeeeeeeen!!!

On July 19, 2022, I blogged about the madness of a former governor of Kano state in northern Nigeria, who is ignorant of the full weight of this revolution. He is named Rabiu Kwankwaso, and he is one of the members of the Fulani oligarchy in the north, who believe that they own Nigeria. He had claimed that “northerners will not vote for southern candidates in Nigeria’s impending 2023 general elections. And a northern group named Arewa Youths Progressive Association (AYPA) didn’t find that funny. So, they responded that, “Kwankwaso Misrepresents And Disrespects The North.” My blog was in celebration of the youths’ progressive response to Kwankwaso. I do have the link to that blog for you at the end of this.

This is an update on the apparent revolutionary end to the era of control of the votes of Nigerians by a few self-serving incompetent crooks. AYPA had verbally declared northern youths’ denouncement of northern oligarchy last July. Now, the mob in the following video shows some other youths’ rejection in action. They destroyed an APC 2023 election campaign billboard. It had the pictures of President Buhari, APC’s 2023 presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and the current Kaduna state governor, El-Rufai. Mind you, the destruction was done by the same northern Muslim youths, on whom Kwankwaso hinged his evil divide-and-rule bullshit. Watch this first, before I continue:

You know, I have always said that APC candidates who do not disassociate themselves from Buhari and his humongous failures are idiots. As they say, “Show me your friends and associates, and I can tell you who you are.” Whosoever that is proud to associate politically with Buhari is as bad as, or even worse than Buhari, period! If Tinubu wasn’t so politically stupid, he would not have Buhari on any of his presidential campaign materials, meeeeeeen!!!

The northern youths’ destruction of APC billboard with Buhari on it has a strong message. The youths are obviously angry with Buhari because he has destroyed their lives with hunger and terrorism for seven-and-odd years. This also means that the main topic in my above titling is true. The rioting youths confirmed the prior statement by “AYPA,” that northern youths are no longer zombies for evil rulers during elections. They have rejected Kwankwaso, Buhari, El-Rufai, Tinubu, and the rest of the APC gang who have destroyed Nigeria.

I tell ya, it’s hard for me to believe that the mob destroyed a billboard that had the picture of President Buhari on it. This is a man who they used to worship like a god. In fact, the same youngsters mobbed Nigerians in 2015, who said anything against Buhari. Their electioneering slogan was “Sai Baba,” an idiom in Hausa language that means, “Say Baba.” In turn, that meant that Buhari was the candidate who everyone must vote for in the 2015 presidential race. They were lawless in 2015, as they were recently lawless in 2022 as shown in the above video  In 2015, they accosted and forced Nigerians on the streets to hail Buhari in support of his presidency. And, if you refused, they actually mobbed you, meeeeeeeen!!!

Now, we have the same youngsters destroying the billboard of the same Baba, in rejection of him and anyone who is associated with him. Their slogan this time is, “Ba ma yi,” which is Hausa language phrase for, “We won’t follow you anymore.” They are now telling Buhari and his APC criminal gang that they now reject them because they can’t do anything good for Nigeria. Meanwhile, the Fulani oligarchs who those youths are rejecting, have the audacity to tell us that they control their votes. They are too obnoxious to realize that a serious revolution has broken out in Nigeria against them. They continue to believe that it is their birth right to decide who is president of Nigeria. They fail to understand that they have lost their grip on northern Nigerian youths, who they hitherto controlled like zombies during elections. No wonder, Kwankwaso obnoxiously vomited the quoted, divisive, insolent shit at us in July 2022, meeeeeeen!!!

Mind you, the truth is that northern Nigerian Muslims do not actually see southern Muslims as true Muslims. Kwankwanso said that his northern people (who are predominantly Muslim) will not vote for southern candidates. But, he actually meant that his people will not vote for the southern Muslims, too. That’s how divisively evil those ethno-religious bigots can get, meeeeeeeeeen!!!

In response to Kwankwaso’s bullshit, the northern “Arewa Youths Progressive Association (AYPA),” virtually told him to go to hell. The group promptly denounced Kwankwaso and his kind. AYPA’s spokesman told him, in plain language, the essence of the new revolution. He told him that the time was gone, when incompetent and criminal oligarchs controlled the votes of northern youths. He told him that the time when the oligarchs used the northern youths for election-rigging mayhem is gone, too. And it is time for the northern youths to vote for candidates who will repair the damaged country. This progressive organized group did make it clear, verbally, that it is time to vote for good leaders, without regard to ethnic origin or religious affiliation. And, few weeks later, an unorganized mob has sent their own message in action. They destroyed the billboard of President Buhari and his party members who have destroyed Nigeria, showing them that their evil divide-and-rule days are over.

I will end this piece with another significant message, which came with the mob-action. I speak of a message to members of Nigeria’s two major political parties, the PDP and the PDP. They are deceiving themselves about the current revolution against their misrule in the past 23 years. They fail to recognize and prepare themselves for the new revolutionary phenomenon that is sweeping the country. The icon of the revolution is Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra state in southeast Nigeria. Obi is the presidential candidate of “Labor Party.” And, a huge number of youths across ethno-religious divides believe Obi to be the Messiah who will save Nigeria from the misrule of PDP and APC. But PDP and APC chieftains choose to pretend that Obi’s youths-driven revolution is nothing for them to worry about. They have deceived themselves into believing that it is “only a social media hype that will amount to nothing.” Their misguided justification is that “Obi and his Labor Party have no political structure.”

What a joke! Political structure, my foot! They are obviously living in the past, with a terribly poor understanding of the present. Maybe, when I visit this issue again, I will have to remind  PDP and APC of the biblical story of David and Goliath. I will also remind them, or inform them if they didn’t know, that David killed Goliath with with just a slingshot, and without “a structure.” But, before then, PDP and APC will do well for themselves to realize that the hungry angry Nigerians all over Nigeria are Peter Obi’s structure.

The recent burning of the pictures of Buhari, Tinubu and El-Rufai by such angry Nigerians in the north says it all. And, mind you, the video featured here is only one of many that portray the revolutionary rejection of PDP and APC in the north, and in the south, of course. Most of those youths probably have no access to social media as PDP and APC rightly say. But the politicians forget, or they are unaware of something called trickle-down effects from the “social media hype,” which I will address in a subsequent commentary. As usual, I do trust, that you do trust, that I ain’t bullshitting ya, meeeeeeeeen!!!
