Greetings!
Harry Agina here once again with my series addressing the above title. It’s about the destruction of DEMOCRACY into DEMO-CRAZY in Nigeria by President Bola Tinubu and his cohorts. This is Part 4. If you missed Parts 1 to 3, not to worry. Just get on Afro-Scope.com, or if you’re already there reading this, then simply search for the above title, and voila! They will all appear for ya. Parts 1 and 2 are written blogs, while Part 3 is a vlog (video post). You may wanno catch up on them before coming back to this edition. I made sure to do Part 3 as a vlog just so that I could include the videos of President Tinubu and his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, confirming the allegation that they planted people in opposition parties to “destroy” all oppositions and create a one-party state in Nigeria. It’s necessary to convince some Nigerians who try to defend Tinubu that he has no plot to destroy Nigeria’s democracy. It’s so ironic that the man and his cohorts are bold to confess their plot with utmost impunity, yet some Nigerians insist that he’s doing nothing wrong, meeeeeeeeeeen!!!

CORRUPT ROLES OF NIGERIA’S JUDICIARY AND NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
It’s time to discuss the role of the most corrupt judicial system in the entire world in that grand plot to institute one-party political system demo-crazy in Nigeria. I speak of Nigeria’s judiciary with its satanically corrupt judges and their cash-and-carry judgments in their courtrooms. As always, I must apply legal caution and legal correctness in my statements. Hence, my next statements here are postulations because I don’t have proofs. I do have every legal right to postulate. This means that I have the right to state my opinions on issues, based on KNOWN FACTS, as long as I don’t directly accuse any specific individual of any specific crime that I can’t prove. And yes, my postulations are all based on provable documented facts.

If I was President Tinubu or Nyesom Wike who champion the one-party system, and I had such plot, there are two ways to rope Nigerian corrupt judges into it. One is to blackmail them with prosecution and imprisonment for their past corrupt acts in court. The other way would be to offer them huge money to thwart justice because I already know that they are corrupt and easy to buy. The fact to go with my postulation here is that known instances of corruption among Nigerian judges are in abundance. It is also a fact that President Tinubu confessed in 2023 that his political style is to “Grab and snatch and run with electoral votes and power.” My point is that, by his own confession, fairness in politics and elections is not Tinubu’s style, period!

Fast forward to 2026, and we also have on record several undemocratic declarations of impunity by Tinubu and his cohorts in his one-party system plot. They include one Nyesom Wike who I have repeatedly mentioned in this series, and Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila. Mr. President himself was proud to showcase his own impunity at a public event in mid April 2026. He declated that he would send Senate President Godswill Akpabio to destroy Nigerian opposition parties to ensure that he has no challenge in the 2027 presidential election. Mind you, Mr. President was talking about a senate president who is constitutionally supposed to be checkmating his excesses for Nigerians. Now he’s acting as though Akpabio is his subordinate. Another FACT, which is probably the reason for Tinubu’s insult is that Senate President Akpabio has a criminal case hanging over his head. He’s accused of stealing over 108 billion naira public funds before he became senate president in 2023. So far, I have stated facts that you can Google and verify. Next, are my postulations that are based on those facts.

DEAD POLITICAL OPPOSITION AND DEAD CHECK-AND-BALANCE IN GOVERNMENT
Here are the grand FACTS about politics and rulership in Nigeria today: President Tinubu has killed political oppositions in Nigeria. He has stifled and subjugated the other tiers of government, namely, the Judiciary, and the Parliament, which are supposed to checkmate his excesses. He apparently has succeeded to turn them both into rubber-stamp appendages to his Executive branch of government. It must interest you that besides the possible use of blackmail, President Tinubu and his FCT Minister Wike are presently constructing 40 “luxury mansions” in Abuja for 40 judges, which are soon to be completed. So, ask yourself, do you think that any of those judges can ever rule against Wike and Tinubu in any legal case? My point here is that Tinubu is an indecent master strategist with such corrupt moves as bribing judges with mansions and cars, and POSSIBLY blackmailing corrupt lawmakers and judges. He has succeeded in killing the system of “Check-And-Balance” among the three tiers of the Executive, Judiciary, and Legislative arms of Nigeria’s federal government. Hw now runs an authoritarian government where he is in total control of all the tiers. My grand POSTULATION is that he has APPARENTLY blackmailed and/or bought all the arms of government into his grand plot for one-party system of AUTHORITARIAN demo-crazy.

THE RUBBER-STAMP NATIONAL ASSEMLLY
In the stead of working for Nigerians as Nigeria constitution demands of all lawmakers, Senate President Godswill Akpabio is now a rubber-stamp for President Bola Tinubu. He obeys every command from Tinubu. It has gotten so bad that Tinubu openly declared barely a couple of weeks back that he would send Senator Akpabio to destroy opposition political parties for him. This is a fact. Another postulation is that President Tinubu is PROBABLY blackmailing Akpabio into submission. I stated above, the FACT of Akpabio’s pending criminal case with the EFCC, Nigeria’s financial crime fighting agency. So, it is my postulation that if Akpabio ever refuses anything President Tinubu commands him to do, his criminal allegation case would be tried, and MOST LIKELY, he would be convicted and sent to prison. Unfortunately, Akpabio has managed to turn the entire National Assembly into Tinubu’s ruber-stamp. There is no question that most of those lawmakers who I call lootmakers are corrupt.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED BY NIGERIA’S SUPREME COURT
Let’s talk about the role of what I know as the most corrupt judicial system in the entire world in Tinubu’s one-party system plot. I speak of the delay by Nigerian judges in the pending judgement in the case of ADC political opposition party versus President Tinubu’s electoral umpire, INEC, with its APPARENRLY CORRUPT chairman, Joash Amupitan. The way things look now, the unnecessary delay of the Supreme Court in the ADC party’s case in court has already done a lot of damages to opposition against Tinubu. There is a deadline in electoral law that would not allow ADC and PDP opposition parties to field presidential candidates in 2027 if their court cases are not resolved in timely manner. As I write this, the Supreme Court is finally going to pronounce its judgement any time after 2’oclock pm Nigerian time, today, the 30th of April, 2026. Those judgments could have been delivered over one month ago to make things easy for those opposition parties if we had judges with integrity who wanted to do the right thing for Nigeria’s democracy.

I have listened to several discerning, non-partisan, objective, unbiased Nigerian critics such as lawyers and social critics. They all believe and say that the Supreme Court judges appear non-patriotic. They state the FACT that the delay has already hurt the opposition parties’ preparedness to challenge President Tinubu in 2027. The bold fearless ones among such critics also say how obvious it is that President Tinubu’s hand is in the delay by the judges. Finally, the judgment day at Nigeria’s Supreme Court is later today (April 30, 2026). I sincerely pray that the judges will give us a happy surprise. However, my fear and prediction is that they will kowtow to President Tinubu’s will and kill the ADC party in agreement with what INEC already initiated. Yes, past rulings already said that courts have no jurisdiction over internal party squabbles, but this would not be the first time that the Supreme Court would shock Nigerians with atrocious ruling. They can always find some “Technicalities” to senselessly justify their equally senseless rulings to benefit the powers that be. This time, we’re talking about benefiting President Tinubu with the mantra of “Grab it, snatch it, and run with it.” We shall see in just a few hours ahead, meeeeeeeeen!!!
