OBJECTIVE LOOK AT THE CASE OF A RETIRED NIGERIAN POLICE OFFICER WHO HAS THREATENED TO HELP UNLEASH TERROR ON NIGERIA

April 4, 2026

Greetings!
I am Harry. This is about the story of a highly frustrated retired Nigeria Police officer who cannot take care of his family after his service to his country Nigeria. This is Saturday, the 4th of March 2026. It’s just a day before the Christian celebration of Easter Sunday all over the world.

THE HIGHLIGHTS:
(1) A frustrated retired Nigerian police officer has threatened to join a terrorist group to unleash his wrath on Nigerians. Why?
(2) Because he cannot feed his family after 35 years of service to his country Nigeria.
(3) A Nigerian lawmaker who does less work takes home more money in one single day than the officer’s entire retirement benefits for the rest of his life.
(4) If the frustrated, disgruntled, enraged officer must carry out his terrorism threat, he should attack corrupt Nigerian authorities who wronged him, and not innocent Nigerians who did him no wrong.

THE OFFICER’S THREAT OUTBURST:
Before I get into my analysis of the justifications of the officer’s bitterness and grievances, I will mention his threat to Nigeria. I am yet to get hold of it, but it is siad that the retired police officer made a threat in a video. He would join Boko Haram or any one of the terrorist organizations that are currently terrorizing Nigerians to unleash his anger on the country. He would train terrorists and support them with his experiences in Nigeria Police Force as a weapons expert. I’m gonno take his case one step at a time, thus:

(1) THE OFFICERS SERVICE TO HIS COUNTRY NIGERIA:
The officer has retired after 35 years of service as Nigeria Police officer with training and special weapons experiences. Mind you, this is not just about the retirement benefits of the officer. With the peanuts that Nigeria pays police officers in the name of salaries, he could hardly take care of his family even when he was in service.

(2) COMPARE THE OFFICER AND NIGERIAN LAWMAKERS WHO I CALL LOOTMAKERS:
I’m only citing the example of lawmakers in my comparison of a typical Nigerian police officer with corrupt rulers of Nigeria. When he was still in service, this aggrieved police officer was probably sometimes assigned as personal bodyguard to protect one of the lawmakers of Nigeria who I call LOOTMAKERS. The lootmakers grab atrociously high salaries, allowances, and stolen funds, while the police officers assigned to them can barely feed their families.

COMPARISON 1: Each lootmaker’s DAILY allowances alone are more than one police officer’s total pay package for SEVERAL YEARS.

COMPARISON 2: In real terms, the police officer rendered a gazillion times more and beter service to the nation than a hundred of those lootmakers put together. The lootmakers spend over 60 percent of the year traveling around the word to squander public funds in undeserved vacations. Meanwhile, they are grabbing money to enrich themselves from various corrupt avenues, including PROVEN “Oversight functions” bribes and their so-called “Constituency Projects.” Story has it that what the retired officer is getting is only a misery 3 million Nigeria naira, which is just about 2,000 US dollars, give or take a few dollars, depending on exchange rate fluctuations. Mind you, each of the Nigerian federal lawmakers who I call lootmakers is said to grab over 30 million naira from our treasury in the name of salaries and allowances, every doggone month, meeeeeeeen!!!

INNOCENT NIGERIANS WOULD SUFFER, NOT THE CORRUPT RULERS:
Here’s my major concern about disgruntled Nigerians who join terrorist groups because of the acts of corrupt Nigerian rulers: If this retired police office should join a terrorist group as he has threatened, he would unleash his wrath on ordinary innocent Nigerians who did him no wrong. The terribly corrupt rulers who caused his frustration would never be effected by his terrorst acts because the rulers surround themselves with Nigeria Police and military forces for protection.

I could be accused of inciting terrorist acts against Nigerian rulers here, but nope, I am within my legal rights. I am legally correct to say my feelings that it would only be fair if corrupt Nigerian rulers would face the consequences of their acts. It is totally unfair when innocent Nigerians are massacred everyday by terrorists who are pushed into the acts by the deeds of corrupt rulers. The retired police officer threatened to join terrorism if the authorities fail to give him a reasonable retirement package. I pray that he does not carry out his threat. However, if he must, then he should find ways to terrorize and punish the people in authority who wronged him, and not innocent Nigerians who did him no wrong, meeeeeeeen!!
